Wyatt is ready to meet his new person and boy is someone going to be lucky to take him home! We are honored to have owned this adorable gelding since birth and so know his entire amazing history. This little gem of a horse is a lesson in perseverance and he has spirit of a saint to match. He has a very comfortable trot and is learning to canter under saddle. He’s exceptionally trainable, very brave and willing under saddle.

While he’s been handled with love since birth, Wyatt was instantly beloved by a benefactor who wanted him to enjoy his lush Florida pasture without any pressure of a career so he has not had any formal training until recently. He instantly went right to work lunging and was calmly backed in English tack within a week. He’s also hacked bareback in a bosal.

He’s been under saddle for just a short while and we’re already so impressed with how he’s coming along. He has exceptional steering for such a green horse and is more yielding to the contact every day. He’s started jumping fences in hand and the lunge with vigor. He has no stall vices nor any funny business under saddle; no buck, bolt, rear, spook. Stands for the farrier, loads perfectly, leads and grooms like a gentleman. He can be turned out alone or in a group and has lived outside happily. Wyatt is currently stalled during the day and turned out next to a friend overnight. He is barefoot and an easy keeper.

Wyatt is small in stature at 14.1 but takes up enough leg to be suitable for kids and adults, rider in video is 5’6”. He would be an absolutely perfect trail horse, and we can see him as an all around pleasure horse (english or western) or excelling in pony jumpers with some more training miles.
