From beginners to grand prix, our trainers are with you every step of the way. We believe in a tailored approach to training, the conversation between horse and rider lasts a lifetime, not an afternoon.

TEIGAN MERCER
Our head trainer, Teigan Mercer, brings years of experience caring for top sporthorses and an undying love for animals. Teigan has started, trained and competed numerous horses from young horse to high level jumpers and continues her education in and out of the saddle with top trainers.

In her four years at the farm, we’ve seen her help young riders blossom with newfound confidence, nurture bonds between adult amateurs and their horses and she’s backed and developed countless youngsters and sales horses for us. She will help you design a plan to achieve your goals, whether that’s competing at a bucket list venue or learning to understand your horse more thoroughly, and you’ll have tons of fun and encouragement along the way. Teigan is here full time and available for lessons as well as training rides, sales consignment and horse shopping trials.


SARA HASSLER
We are so thrilled that Sara is generously joining us every Monday for lessons! Sara is one of the most positive, effective and thoughtful trainers that I’ve ever had the privilege of working with and I am so grateful that she’s lending us her talents.

Sara Hassler is a lead trainer at Hassler Dressage, now located in Florida year round. She has successfully trained a variety of horses from young horses to Grand Prix. Sara has a slew of accomplishments to her name including a clean sweep Champion in the 2019 Small Tour at Devon and the 2020 Brentina Cup U25 Grand Prix Champion at Festival of Champions, among other accolades! She was honored to be accepted into the prestigious USEF Kundrun Development Program in 2019, a program recognizing future combinations to represent the USA on a team. She is passionate about developing horses in their training at home as well as in competition, coaching riders of all levels from amateurs to professionals and in quality sales matching horses and riders.   


PAM SBARRA
Throughout her extensive dressage career, Pam Sbarra has trained all level of students and welcomes all ages and skill levels. Pam provides patient, knowledgeable and encouraging personal instruction.

Pam is a proud USDF/USEF member with a goal of helping riders refine communication with their horses by developing the seat and effective use of the aids. She is here to help you develop the confidence, correct basics and knowledge to achieve your equestrian goals.
