Oh what a gem this horse is. This imported eleven year old gelding has been shown in all three rings to extreme success since import from Europe in 2019 with an absolutely stellar record at venues such as WEF, Lake Placid, HITS on the Hudson, WEC and more.
Harley is so much fun to ride and have in the barn. He gives his rider maximum effort, is extremely personable and very easy to love. Over fences he’s shown to 3’3” hunters, the low AOs and meter jumpers in top ribbons among huge fields at major venues along the east coast. If his extensive over- fences career isn’t enough to dazzle you, he just made his dressage ring debut at WEC Ocala while simultaneously competing in the .80 with a junior rider in the jumper side of the showgrounds.
He is easy off the leg laterally and has brilliant clean changes. The collected work comes naturally, the piaffe and passage are not far behind for someone who wants to go further down the dressage path.
He is easy to have in the barn and a pro at the shows. Good in new places, to clip, in turnout, to trailer, for the vet and farrier. Great feet, lovely confirmation. No show prep. No maintenance or vices.
