Ok it’s no secret how much I love buttermilk biscuits. I went on a quest to create the perrrrfect biscuit and think I’ve just about done it. Soft, fluffy and delicious in the inside. With just a smidge of a crunch in the top. They’re just heaven.
Now I will say, while most of my favorite foods are a healthier take on comfort staples, these best ever biscuits won’t make your diet list. They are packed with what they need most – BUTTER.
Drizzle with a little honey, add some gravy or turn them into the most perfect sandwiches! You can’t go wrong.
